Apex Environmental Solutions is a proudly 8(a), minority-owned business based in Eunice, New Mexico. We bring together expertise, dedication, and a commitment to excellence in every project we take on. Our HUBZone certification is currently in progress, positioning us to further expand our capabilities and continue contributing to the growth of our local community.
Who We Are
Founded by Raul M. Macias, Apex Environmental Solutions is built on over 15 years of hands-on experience earned from the ground up. Raul began his career in the trenches, gaining firsthand insight into the complexities of the work before moving into leadership roles. His expertise spans nuclear decommissioning and decontamination, operations management, work planning, and new construction at state-of-the-art nuclear facilities. He also brings deep experience in wastewater treatment systems, waste shipping and verification, and the treatment, storage, and disposal of low-level radioactive (LLRW) and transuranic (TRU) waste. Beyond the nuclear sector, Raul has successfully led projects in wind, solar, civil, and general construction. With strategic vision and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he ensures every project is delivered with precision, reliability, and professionalism.
